In need of a medical appointment?
You can submit same-day or routine requests
For same-day matters, submit the form on Monday to Friday between 8am and 11am. For routine medical requests, prescriptions, or any administrative inquiries, submit the form on Monday to Friday, between 1:30pm and 4:30pm. All routine requests will be responded to within 2 working days.
Please note:
- We only check submissions during office hours, excluding weekends and bank holidays.
- If you need assistance outside these times, call 111. In emergencies, dial 999.
- Please do not use this tool if you have registered at the practice within the last 4 weeks. Please call the Surgery for further assistance.
