After a problem last Sunday, I texted the survey on Monday, was given a blood test at Newmarket Road on Tuesday, an ECG at the surgery on Wednesday and an appointment with the doctor on Friday. My results were posted on the NHS app, so I was informed before my appointment. The doctor gave me a full explanation of the diagnosis.The service was above my expectations.

I receive very attentive care from the same excellent GP and, over the Christmas and New Year period last year, I was very ill and had detailed attention from another outstanding doctor. The Nurses are warm and efficient and Reception staff always do their best to help
