Mission Statement

It is the aim of the practice to provide the highest quality, evidence based care to all our patients irrespective of age, gender, disability or race.  We will treat you all with dignity, respect and compassion and maintain confidentiality in line with General Medical Council Guidance.

We seek to be approachable and accessible and promote shared decision making between patients and carers.  We also aim to support our patients to practice self-care and reduce their risks of future illness.

As a training practice we provide systematic education to GP registrars, medical and nursing students.  We also believe in ongoing mentoring and education for all staff to ensure the best possible care.

What we ask of our patients

  • Please be polite and respectful to all members of staff
  • Please ensure that you inform the surgery of any change of address, home telephone number and/or mobile telephone number, as well as if you consent to receiving SMS text messages
  • Please keep your appointment or let us know as soon as possible if you cannot attend

Vision Statement

As a surgery we nurture innovation and will embrace emerging new technologies and online solutions; if they further our goal of providing the most efficient and effective healthcare possible

We want to become an integral part of our local community.  We take the views of our patients into account when developing services and welcome receiving your comments on the practice and its team.

We will ensure that we continue to put the patient at the heart of everything we do.
