Gita Aminpour
My extended family and I live in Trumpington. I originally worked in the City in insurance and subsequently for several years for an international NGO at the Bahá’í World Centre. Since returning to the UK, I work part-time for the University of Cambridge.
During the pandemic, I coordinated delivery of medicines as part of the Trumpington Volunteer Service. My volunteer roles now include being a School Governor, Company Secretary of the Trumpington Residents’ Association, Aide to an international educational imperative, volunteer at Papworth Hospital and for the RVS.
We have many friends here in Trumpington, I am actively involved in community-building alongside others. I hope to contribute further as part of the PPG Committee.
