Healthcare Team

Community Nursing Sisters

Members of the Community Nursing Team are available to visit people at home. They work closely with the doctors and with the hospital services. Your doctor will put you in touch with them.

Midwife

Care is currently provided by the Sienna Team. A clinic is held at the main site, Clay Farm Centre, every Wednesday and Friday. Domiciliary visits are also available. The team can be contacted at 01223 348981.

Clinical Pharmacists

We have a team of four clinical pharmacists and a pharmacy technician that work within our PCN to offer advice relating to all medication queries and for medication reviews. If you have a query relating to your prescription, please book in for a face to face or phone call with Joao, Neel, Emily and Zoe.

First Contact Physiotherapist

We have an in-house physiotherapist at the practice, Chris Whitt, who works within our PCN. He is available every Wednesday at the Clay Farm Centre and every Friday at the City Centre site for face-to-face and telephone appointments to discuss any physio-related (neck, back, bones, joints or muscles related inquiries)  Please call our contact number to arrange an appointment.
