The nurse will advise you on a wide range of health issues connected with travel for vacation, business or expeditions for example disease prevention, acclimatisation to heat or altitude, medical supplies, malaria prevention.

Please complete the below travel assessment for the nurse to review. One of the team will contact you once your form is reviewed to arrange an appointment, if required, or to discuss any travel advice. A wide range of immunisations for travel are available. 

If you are travelling within  the next 6 weeks, we are unable to offer a travel assessment. Less than 6 weeks does not allow us time to review your forms, and potentially give a course of injections that may be necessary before travelling. You will need to book with a private travel clinic.
